I am Deryck Cozens, Owner and Founder of Validus Fit Coach.  A fully Qualified (Level 3 REPS) Personal Trainer, Sports Performance & Mindset Coach based on the Isle of Bute.   Additionally I am a certified Swedish and Sports Massage Therapist (Dip.SMT) and Vitamin B12 Technician. My mission is to help people become Healthier, Happier and a better version of themselves through personal fitness tuition, good nutritional guidance, mindset coaching and advice on better life choices.
