Let's have an initial discovery chat on the phone or clinic so that we can get to know a little bit more about each other. You have the option of a free 45 minute taster training session. We can then make a plan for your personal training sessions, so that they are tailored for you (and buddy if 1:2) and to help us reach your personal goals whatever those may be.

Your 1:1 Personal Training Session is bespoke and designed towards helping you reach your goals. I have all the equipment, just bring yourself, water / towel and your 100% A Game!!! I WILL Provide the Motivation, Professional Coaching and Kick Ass Accountability you need!
Nutrition support will be provided too.

Would you prefer to train with a friend or family member and split the cost of a training session? no problem,
let's do that!
Book in your Free taster session so we can make a plan for you and your buddy to hit your personal goals together and have fun doing so!
