Let's have an initial discovery chat on the phone or clinic so that we can get to know a little bit more about each other. You have the option of a free 45 minute taster training session. We can then make a plan for your personal training sessions, so that they are tailored for you (and buddy if 1:2) and to help us reach your personal goals whatever those may be.
1:1 Personal Training
Your 1:1 Personal Training Session is bespoke and designed towards helping you reach your goals. I have all the equipment, just bring yourself, water / towel and your 100% A Game!!! I WILL Provide the Motivation, Professional Coaching and Kick Ass Accountability you need!
Nutrition support will be provided too.
For All 12 weeks block bookings a 30 minute massage treatment is included and access to any classes/bootcamps that are running at that time!
1:2 Buddy Training

Our 1:2 Buddy P.T. sessions are perfect for friends, partners, or colleagues who want to get fit, stay motivated, and have fun—together. You'll share your session with one other person, making it a more social and affordable way to experience the benefits of personal training, without compromising on quality or results.
Each session is tailored to both of your individual fitness levels, goals, and needs. Whether you’re working on strength, fat loss, mobility, or endurance, you’ll be guided through a dynamic, effective workout with expert coaching, encouragement, and attention to form.
