I am Deryck Cozens, Owner and Founder of Validus Fit Coach. A fully Qualified (Level 3 REPS) Personal Trainer, Sports Performance & Mindset Coach and Physical Therapist based on the Isle of Bute. Additionally I am a certified Swedish and Sports Massage Therapist (Dip.SMT), Tecartherapy therapist and Licensed Vitamin Injection Technician. My background and Degree is in Sports Science (BSC.Hon.). My mission is to help people become Healthier, Happier and a better version of themselves through personal fitness tuition, good nutritional guidance, mindset coaching and advice on better life choices.
