This one hour consultation, includes a Tecartherapy session. Details of the issue will be discussed and a treatment plan will be recommended which may include some follow up sessions.
Sports Performance, Rehab & Conditioning Treatment
This session will focus on any potential injuries, impact on performance will be addressed using 'Tecartherapy' to get you back in the game and in peak condition, Exercise-Based methodologies can be used as part of this session.

After completion of your initial 4 week block I would recommend a 12 Week Program which consists of 24 x 1 Hour PT sessions and includes one massage per month and access to any classes/bootcamps that are running! (cost = £275 x 3)

Choice of Face or Body Contouring Using Tecartherapy
Anti-Aging Facial concentrates on the face and neck area, helping reduce fin lines, scarring and sagging skin.
Slimming (particular area of the body) to help reduce cellulite, rebalance the body-type by dispersing fatty deposits, tone muscles, correcting posture and muscle/fat ratio.

The 60 minute trial treatment is priced at £40 and will be redeemable if you book an intensive course of 8 treatments on the day of your session.
